Aaron earned an undergraduate degree in Secondary Education from Kansas State University and a Master’s in Global and International Studies from the University of Kansas.  Prior to joining Rademacher Financial, Inc. in January 2023, he had worked at the University of Kansas for fourteen years in International Affairs, most recently serving as the Director of International Short Programs.  As an Associate Financial Advisor, Aaron’s primary role in the firm is assisting Phill in developing detailed financial plans, solutions, and account maintenance for the firm’s clients.

Aaron and his wife Kristin have lived in Lawrence since 2008, and enjoy a full and active lifestyle, comprised mainly of driving, watching, or coaching whatever activity or sport their four boys might be involved in on any particular evening.  When they have a down moment, they mainly just sit still and try enjoying it.  However, they also enjoy reading, visiting with their neighbors and friends, and volunteering and serving with their church community.
