Phill earned a business degree from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Phill has over 30 years of experience as a financial advisor and co-founded Rademacher Financial, Inc. in 1999 with his wife, Rachel. Phill is a member in good standing with the Certified Financial Planning Board of Standards and the Financial Planning Association. Phill and Rachel opened their own firm in order to offer clients individualized guidance and a broad range of financial services. Phill is focused on keeping abreast of economic conditions, creating investment strategies designed to meet clients’ needs and analyzing financial planning scenarios.

Phill is an avid cyclist who enjoys early morning bike rides in the fields outside Lawrence with his golden retriever, Bode. He is also a skilled timber framer and enjoys ending a long day in the garage by the pool sipping on fine wine and spirits. Additionally, Phill and Rachel have raised two twenty-somethings that have successful careers of their own and have since settled in other parts of the country. They now are enjoying their “empty nest” with Bode.
