Rachel Rademacher, IACCP®

Vice-President of Operations, Rademacher Financial, Inc

Rachel earned an undergraduate degree from Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining the firm, she was the Associate Director of Financial Aid at the University of Kansas. Rachel co-founded Rademacher Financial with her husband, Phill, in 1999 and has been the Vice-President from the very beginning – so nearly 25 years! Rachel’s duties include managing Rademacher Financial with Phill, client bill payment, managing the firms accounting needs, and any other operations and human resources related tasks.

On the weekends, she devotes time to her art and creates landscape visions, plates, and bowls of brightly colored glass. She is also very active in the community sharing her time with the Lawrence Public Library Friends & Foundation, Meals on Wheels, and Van Go. Additionally, Phill and Rachel have raised two twenty-somethings that have successful careers of their own and have since settled in other parts of the country. They now are enjoying their “empty nest” with Bode.
