Ronan received his Bachelors degree from Fort Hays State University (FHSU). Prior to starting his journey at Rademacher Financial, he worked for 26 years in the banking industry. While he enjoyed the banking world, Ronan realized he had a dream of working one on one with clients and helping them achieve their goals. As an Associate Financial Advisor, Ronan’s primary role is to assist Phill in developing detailed financial plans, solutions, and account maintenance for the firm’s clients.

Additionally, Ronan grew up on a farm located in a small western Kansas town before attending college. While at FHSU (GO TIGERS!), Ronan met his lovely wife, Heather. They have two adult sons and are really enjoying this season of life. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Ronan dabbling in one of his many hobbies. Including but not limited to archery, astronomy, and board games! An avid outdoorsman, he also enjoys time hunting, hiking and hanging out around a campfire.
